Lotsurf is an online auction website where you can bid on a range of items from the comfort of your desk. To find out about how it works, please select a chapter below: Who are Lotsurf?
BASED in the North of England, we are a member of the John Livingston and Sons Limited Group Of Companies first established in the town of Middlesbrough in 1853 - the Group has given an unbroken service to industry for over 150 years. As the world economy has changed, so have our clients. Once predominantly from the UK and its Commonwealth, they now encompass the whole world. The Group offers a range of auction, appraisal and valuation services including complete site management, machinery removals and relocations, and if required, the disposal of buildings and property, all in addition of course to our main business, the sale by auction or private treaty of industrial assets. Our client list is long and varied, and in the recent past we have carried out auctions and complete closures for, among others; The growth of the Internet saw the introduction of live webcast auctions for our traditional auction sales. Through this innovation, we have been able to bring our auction services to a much wider audience than those able to attend in person. Not only is bidding on the web simple, it is also transparent, and bidders have control over when and how much they are bidding. Lotsurf is an extension of this idea - now that broadband technology is becoming more widespread, people who did not use the Internet at all five years ago now see it as an integral part of their daily lives. Because of this, the time is right for us to bring our auction sales to a new audience. We have a wealth of experience and a range of professional people to fully cover all the disciplines involved in a varied and complex business, and you can be confident that Lotsurf is operated by a reputable company of some standing.

I Haven't Received my Verification Email! Sometimes, our automated verification email is blocked by spam filters. Some email providers do this to all automatically produced emails by default as part of the ongoing battle against spam in our inboxes. This means that the email will be either deleted before you see it, or it may be moved to a "spam", "junk", or "bulk" mail folder. (This is especially true of AOL email, but some other providers also have similar strict spam filters). Please check your "Bulk mail", "Spam", or "Junk mail" folder before calling us. If you do not know where to look for spam email folders, please contact your IT department or your Internet Service Provider. If you have checked your spam folders and still cannot find our email, please call us on +44 (0) 1642 677 903, or click here to request the confirmation mail by email. It is a good idea to "whitelist" Lotsurf.com to ensure that you receive bid confirmations, outbid notices and invoices from us in the future. If you do not know how to do this, please contact your IT department or Internet Service Provider.
